To understand a place

To really understand a place, you need to make a deeper connection with it. You can do so by putting all five of your senses to work separately from one another. For example, how do you experience a place when only using your ears (blindfolded)? Or what do you notice if you can only rely on your nose? Look, smell, listen, touch, taste. Seize the opportunity to connect with your environment and to know and understand much more than our five senses tell us with this reflection exercise.
